EDEN (Enhanced Diets at Exascale for Nutrition) brings high-performance computing to personalised nutrition. The project parallelises the MunchFit diet-generation engine on HPC infrastructure, dramatically reducing the time needed to compute optimised, personalised nutritional plans.
On top of this HPC foundation, EDEN builds "My Digital MunchFit", a digital twin that simulates the nutritional evolution of each user, enabling what-if analyses and long-term projections of nutritional outcomes.
The project is carried out by Espacio SoA in collaboration with the Universidad de Extremadura.
